Alistair Rhind is a Master Cognitive Hypnotherapist, Life Coach and Counsellor

"I was born in Edinburgh, Scotland in 1956. I trained as a Psychiatric Nurse in Scotland in the late seventies, and went on to specialise in addiction and alcoholism therapy under the clinical guidance of Dr Max Glatt (dec.) - a leading world authority in alcoholism and addiction. Since then I have trained in the USA and UK in counselling, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, family therapy, coaching, neuro-linguistic programming and reiki healing. I have worked in most leading private rehab clinics in the South of England including The Priory and Bowden House, a private rehab centre in North London."

Alistair has been Treatment Director in four of the top Private Rehabilitation Clinics around the country, where he specialised in designing and implementing successful treatment programmes for depression, stress and anxiety, alcoholism, addiction, smoking, gambling, self-harm, eating disorders and families. Alistair has also trained with Paul McKenna (leading Hypnotist & Therapist) and Richard Bandler (the co-founder of NLP (neuro-linguistic programming).

Over the last twenty five years he has developed an approach to treatment combining skills and knowledge gleaned from vast clinical and personal experience as well as wisdom and knowledge gained from extensive study of what works. This ensures that his clients have the best possible chance of achieving recovery.

Rebekah Rhind is a Master Behaviour change specialist and Life Coach

Rebekah has over 15 years' experience as a clinical specialist. She began her professional career as a personal fitness trainer and completed an Honours degree in health and fitness with a special interest in people suffering from eating and weight problems. Following a serious injury, which permanently curtailed her participation in sport, she began her training and career as a therapist completing her clinical training in Addictions and shortly after, Rebekah became Senior Addictions Therapist at a leading private clinic in London before joining Alistair in developing the Freedom Therapy Clinic.

Rebekah has also trained in psychotherapy and advanced hypnotherapy, stress management, NLP cognitive therapy, inner child therapy and couples therapy. She was a University Lecturer in stress management and is a reiki master teacher and practitioner. She is also trained in shamanic healing work and as a specialist coach in eating disorders and weight loss - Rebekah works with the NHS as a coach and behaviour change consultant.

Rebekah encourages and supports, she inspires and guides with wisdom. She has a natural magic that helps her clients transform, change and grow.

Candace holds a diploma in Hypnotherapy, NLP Hypno-Coaching and HypnoBirthing.

She is fully registered with the General Hypnotherapy Register and the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council

Prior to becoming a therapist Candace fought to reach the pinnacle of her profession as a west end stylist. When she felt that she had achieved all she could she fell seriously ill due the intense stress of being at the top.

Her recovery brought an awakening of a different purpose to her life and realised after coming through this journey of adversity that she wanted to help people who like her were suffering from stress and other related problems.

Her personal journey from hairdresser to hypnotherapist has been of great importance to her practice as going through this experience has brought up obstacles and barriers, which have seen her put into practice all the tools and techniques that hypnotherapy provide.
